General Rules of the Dynamic — “Oasis Vault Raffle: CryptoPunk #909”
1. General Rules
The party responsible for the Raffle is Oasis Vault, LLC (hereinafter, “Oasis Vault” or the “Company”).
To participate in the Raffle, it is necessary to: (i) be an individual over eighteen (18) years of age; (ii) register and, if applicable, verify an account on the Oasis Vault platform, available at www.oasisvault.io (the “Platform”); and (iii) contract and pay in full for, or carry out an Upgrade (as such term is defined in Clause 8) with respect to, within the Validity Period (as such term is defined below), one of the subscription plans offered by Oasis Vault on the Platform (each, a “Plan”). For purposes of these rules, “Upgrade” means a change, by a participant who already holds an active Plan, to a higher-tier Plan (from Basic to Advanced or Premium, or from Advanced to Premium) and/or to a longer term (from 1 to 3 or 5 years, or from 3 to 5 years). Participation shall be individual only, and not joint (by two or more persons).
The Raffle, including the accrual of Tickets to participate therein, shall run from 12:00 a.m. (GMT-6) on September 1, 2026 until 11:59 p.m. (GMT-6) on October 31, 2026 (the “Validity Period”), unless 500 (five hundred) Participating Users are reached before that date, in which case the Validity Period shall end early on the date such number is reached. Only Plan subscriptions or Upgrades that are contracted and paid in full within the Validity Period shall entitle a participant to Tickets for the Raffle.
For purposes of the 500 (five hundred) Participating User limit, each individual who participates in the Raffle shall count as one (1) Participating User, regardless of the number of Plans contracted, Upgrades carried out, or Tickets accrued by such person. For example, a participant who accrues 16 (sixteen) Tickets shall count, for purposes of such limit, as one (1) Participating User, in the same manner as a participant who accrues 1 (one) Ticket.
The following may not participate in this Raffle, whether directly or indirectly: employees of Oasis Vault; former employees who no longer work for Oasis Vault or any of its subsidiaries, parent companies, or affiliates; persons who have entered into a services agreement with Oasis Vault under which they provide services exclusively to Oasis Vault; and first-degree relatives of any of the persons described above.
2. Ticket Allocation Mechanics
The Platform currently offers three Plans (Basic, Advanced, and Premium), each of which may be contracted independently for a term of 1, 3, or 5 years. For each Plan contracted and paid in full, or for each Upgrade carried out, within the Validity Period, the participant shall receive the following number of Tickets, according to the Plan and term contracted:
There is no maximum limit on the number of Plans or Upgrades that a single participant may contract or carry out during the Validity Period. If a participant contracts more than one Plan or carries out more than one Upgrade, the Tickets corresponding to each subscription or Upgrade shall accrue in favor of the participant, subject to the provisions regarding Upgrades.
If a participant who already holds an active Plan carries out an Upgrade during the Validity Period, the number of Tickets received as a result of such Upgrade shall equal the positive difference between (i) the Tickets corresponding, under the table, to the new Plan and term contracted as a result of the Upgrade, and (ii) the Tickets already assigned on account of the Plan and term that such participant held immediately before the Upgrade. In no event shall an Upgrade result in a reduction of the Tickets previously assigned to a participant.
Tickets have no monetary value, are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other good or service, and shall be used solely for purposes of the Raffle.
3. Confirmation of Participation and Ticket Lookup
Once a Plan has been contracted and paid in full within the Validity Period, Oasis Vault shall send to the email address registered by the participant on the Platform a confirmation of their participation in the Raffle, including the number of Tickets assigned and the code(s) for such Tickets.
During the Validity Period, any person may access www.oasisvault.io/cryptopunk to check, using the Ticket code(s) sent to them by email, whether they are participating in the Raffle and the number of Tickets assigned to them.
4. Prize
The Raffle prize consists of the non-fungible asset (NFT) identified as “CryptoPunk #909” from the CryptoPunks collection, which shall be transferred on the Ethereum mainnet network to the wallet address designated by the winner. The NFT shall be transferred from wallet address 0x6b5b53d9d29b56eeb0597d306667992bb3c41dff, which holds custody of CryptoPunk #909, or from any other wallet as Oasis Vault may determine from time to time.
The prize is delivered “as is,” in whatever condition the asset is in on the blockchain at the time of transfer. Oasis Vault does not guarantee any market value, liquidity, appreciation, or depreciation of the NFT, and shall not be liable for fluctuations in its value before, during, or after delivery. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other good or service, and may not be transferred by the winner to a third party prior to delivery.
5. Selection of the Winner
The winner shall be determined through a mechanism verifiable on the Ethereum (mainnet) blockchain, in accordance with the following procedure: (i) prior to the Raffle date, Oasis Vault shall publish a Merkle tree (“Merkle Tree”) containing all valid Tickets assigned during the Validity Period, together with the corresponding root (“Merkle Root”); (ii) the winner shall be determined from the hash of a previously designated block on the Ethereum mainnet network (the “Reference Block”), using such hash as a seed to select, in a deterministic and verifiable manner, one Ticket within the Merkle Tree; and (iii) the winning Ticket, together with the methodology, the Merkle Root, the Reference Block used, and the tools for its public verification, shall be published at www.oasisvault.io/cryptopunk.
If the Reference Block designated for the Raffle has not been mined, or cannot be determined for any reason, on or before the Raffle date, Oasis Vault reserves the right to redefine the applicable conditions (including, without limitation, the selection of a new Reference Block or the adjustment of the Raffle date), and shall report any such adjustment through the same channels used to publish these rules.
6. Raffle Date, Notification, and Prize Delivery
The Raffle shall be held within 7 (seven) calendar days following the date on which the 500 (five hundred) Participating Users are reached. If such number of Participating Users is not reached during the Validity Period, the Raffle shall be held within 7 (seven) calendar days following October 31, 2026, subject to the adjustment contemplated above.
Once the winner has been determined, Oasis Vault shall send an email to the address registered on the Platform, requesting that the winner provide a wallet address compatible with the Ethereum mainnet network for delivery of the prize. Oasis Vault shall transfer the NFT to the address provided within 24 (twenty-four) hours following receipt of such address.
If Oasis Vault is unable to reach the winner, or the winner fails to provide a valid wallet address, within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days following the date on which the Raffle results are announced, the corresponding prize shall be forfeited, with no liability to Oasis Vault. Oasis Vault shall make all reasonable efforts to reach the winner using the contact information registered on the Platform.
It is the winner's sole responsibility to provide a correct wallet address under their control. Oasis Vault shall not be liable for any loss of the prize resulting from an error in the address provided by the winner, nor for the winner's loss of access to such wallet once the transfer has been made.
7. Tax Matters
The tax treatment applicable to the receipt of the prize, as well as compliance with any tax obligation arising therefrom (including, as applicable, income tax applicable to raffle or sweepstakes prizes under Mexican tax legislation), shall be the winner's sole responsibility. Oasis Vault shall not be liable for the tax consequences that delivery of the prize may have for the winner.
8. General Provisions
At no time shall the awarding of the prize be understood to depend on chance for reasons other than those expressly described in these rules; the mechanism for selecting the winner is the one described above and is public and verifiable on the Ethereum mainnet blockchain.
Decisions made by Oasis Vault regarding the interpretation and application of these rules are final and not subject to appeal.
Any person who attempts, by any means, to defraud or manipulate the Raffle mechanics, or who engages in unethical conduct, shall be immediately disqualified and may not participate in any future promotion or raffle conducted by Oasis Vault. The determination of the foregoing shall be at Oasis Vault's sole discretion.
Oasis Vault reserves the right to disqualify participants who fail to meet the requirements set forth in these rules. Participants waive any legal action of any kind or nature that they may bring against Oasis Vault arising out of or in connection with this Raffle, without prejudice to any rights that may be afforded to them under applicable consumer protection legislation.
If, for any reason, the Raffle cannot be carried out as planned — including, without limitation, cyberattacks, unavailability of computer systems, congestion or failures of the Ethereum network, or force majeure or fortuitous events that cause or affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Raffle — Oasis Vault reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, delay, modify, or terminate this Raffle, and shall report any such change through the same channels used to publish these rules.
Mere participation in this Raffle constitutes the participant's acknowledgment and acceptance of each and every provision set forth in these rules, as well as of the Platform's Terms and Conditions, available at https://www.oasisvault.io/terms.
By the mere act of participating, the winner consents to having their name and/or username published on Oasis Vault's official channels for the sole purpose of announcing them as the winner.
Oasis Vault reserves the right to modify these rules and shall notify participants of any changes thereto through https://www.oasisvault.io/terms.
“CryptoPunks” and the names, trademarks, and elements associated with such collection are the property of their respective owners. They are referenced in these rules solely to identify the Raffle prize, and such reference does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by such owners, nor the derivation of any profit from the use of such trademarks.
Oasis Vault shall process participants' personal data in accordance with the privacy notice available at https://www.oasisvault.io/privacy. All personal information of each participant shall be used in compliance with applicable law and protected under such privacy notice.
For all matters relating to the interpretation, effects, compliance, and performance of this Raffle, the governing law shall be that established by the parties in the terms and conditions signed at the time of contracting the Plans referred to in these terms, participants hereby waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
9. Summary of the Mechanics
Prize: 1 (one) “CryptoPunk #909” NFT from the CryptoPunks collection, transferred on the Ethereum mainnet network to the wallet indicated by the winner.
Mechanism: Accrual of Tickets through the contracting or Upgrade of Oasis Vault Plans between September 1 and October 31, 2026 (or earlier, if 500 Participating Users are reached), in accordance with the ticket table. The winner is selected using a Merkle Tree of Tickets and the hash of an Ethereum mainnet Reference Block.
Publication channel: Oasis Vault's official channels.
Raffle date: The Raffle will be held within 7 calendar days after 500 Participating Users are reached or, if that number is not reached during the Validity Period, within 7 calendar days after October 31, 2026, subject to adjustment. The winner will be contacted by email as soon as reasonably possible after the result is determined.
